Reporting to the Director of Program Management Office, the Program Manager will work and drive production implementation of new products and technologies that originate within Resonetics Light Speed Lab group as well as other “transfer-in opportunities”. They oversee all activities supporting and serving strategic customers and their portfolio of new and existing products.\nTypical programs involve multiple Resonetics design and manufacturing locations, complex supply chain networks, and working with site Directors of Operations, development core teams, commercial and business development leaders, procurement, and other operations functions.\nJoin Resonetics and be part of a team that’s redefining medical device manufacturing. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nServes as the principal contact with external customers. Coordinates and directs customer meetings and visits, and day-to-day customer communication, drive escalation/resolution of technical efforts as warranted. \nManages internal resources through dotted line relationships to meet program goals and milestones. Works with internal management to ensure appropriate resources have been assigned. \nAssists business development team with definition of program scope, timeline, and budget to support preparation of proposals, quotations, and change orders for customers. \nWork closely with internal global cross-functional engineering teams and subject matter experts as well as external technical partners to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, detailed work breakdown structure, project budget, costing analysis, risk mitigation plans and project timing. \nRegularly publish progress status reports to leadership and stakeholders highlighting achievements, milestone deliveries and associated metrics. \nProactively communicate escalations around challenges, gaps, support required and resource needs to quickly address issues before they impede successful delivery of the program. \nKeep projects on track and ensure timely completion within the defined scope, accountable for successfully meeting or exceeding commitments on product performance, product cost, cycle time, project cost and quality. \nGenerate high-level plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments. \nIdentifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines. \nProactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction. \nCoordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budget. \nDelegate and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk. \nDocument project meeting minutes, issues log, decision log, metrics, and other key communications. \nEnsure current Resonetics policies and practices are followed, and accurate documentation requirements are followed. \nIdentify resources required for project activities, develop project budgets, resource allocations and timelines. \nInteract with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations. \nSelects process improvement techniques to solve technical problems and makes sound equipment and process recommendations. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree required in engineering or related technical discipline. \nMinimum of 8 years of experience leading technical programs. Strong project management experience leading cross functional teams in an operations environment.\nExperience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, with a strong focus on design transfer, manufacturing launches, and line transfer projects across multiple sites. \nProficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills for problem-solving. \nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations. \nStrong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in environments where resources may not be directly controlled. \nSolid team leadership, team building and facilitation skills. Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members. \nSolid conflict resolution and arbitration skills. \nStrong executive presentation skills, with the ability to regularly engage and present to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the medical products industry a plus. \nExperience with Contract Manufacturing a plus. \nExperience with ISO 13485 certified facility expansion and relocation projects preferred. \nPMP certification preferred. Advanced certification or degree in project management beneficial. \nPhysical Demands\nAbility and willingness to travel, including internationally. Travel percentage up to 15%.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $96,000.00- $155,000.00.\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
