If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and manage complex production and material plans within the ERP system, considering customer demand, forecast, capacity, material availability, inventory objectives, and delivery commitments.\nOptimize production plans by partnering cross-functionally to assess capacity, identify constraints, and develop strategies to improve resource utilization \n Analyze inventory levels, identify shortages and excess inventory, and recommend actions to balance customer service, production, and inventory objectives \nAnalyze material requirements, inventory positions, and demand to identify purchasing needs and timing; provide recommendations and priorities to Procurement to support production and inventory objectives. \nLead cross-functional alignment on priorities, customer commitments, complex constraints, and recovery plans \nMonitor KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory, and forecast accuracy; identify trends and drive corrective actions when performance is off target \n Support new product introductions and transitions to volume manufacturing by assessing material, capacity, inventory, and timing requirements\nDevelop and maintain ERP planning parameters, schedules, material planning data, and requirements as the system of record for production and material planning; serve as a site planning/ERP subject matter expert\nReview and approve change requests from a supply chain perspective, assess planning impacts, and coordinate required planning actions\nAnalyze planning trends and lead initiatives to improve planning processes, systems, data quality, and standard work\nIdentify systemic planning risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues requiring broader business or leadership decisions\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications\n6+ years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or related Supply Chain roles within a manufacturing environment \nAdvanced knowledge of production planning principles, MRP, capacity planning, forecasting and inventory management \nProficiency with ERP systems and the ability to maintain and evaluate planning parameters and system outputs \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data, constraints, and business tradeoffs \nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment. \nAbility to independently manage complex priorities and lead planning activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field. \nMedical device or other regulated manufacturing experience \nEpicor ERP experience \nLean or continuous improvement experience · Multi-site planning experience\nAPICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent planning education\nPhysical Demands\nPrimarily office-based work requiring prolonged computer use and communication with cross-functional teams. Regular presence within the manufacturing environment may be required to understand production constraints and support planning activities.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $78,000k - $113,000k\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
