You will own the bank’s entire finance function: business planning and budgets, consolidated IFRS reporting, regulator relations, risk management and internal controls. The role is based in the Bahamas, or in Cyprus with monthly trips to the Bahamas.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the CEO and functional managers in building business plans, priorities and forecasts within ±5% forecast accuracy\n\nOwn accurate and timely monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting under IFRS, internal and external\n\nManage relations with the banking regulator and ensure regulatory compliance\n\nEnsure execution of action points from the QSR review process\n\nOwn the risk management process, effective internal controls, policy standardization and process improvements\n\nOwn project accounting and controlling\n\nManage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation\n\nLead initiatives to improve ROIC, working capital and growth performance\n\nBuild and lead a finance team that delivers proactive service to its stakeholders\n\nWork with functional leads to ensure project bids and contract terms meet corporate financial parameters.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years of experience in bank finance, including senior roles (CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, Financial Controller)\n\nHands-on experience with monthly and quarterly consolidated IFRS reporting\n\nExperience in budgeting, forecasting and business planning together with the CEO\n\nDirect experience working with a banking regulator: regulatory reporting, capital, liquidity, inspections\n\nExperience building risk management, internal control and compliance frameworks\n\nTrack record of leading a finance team\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field\n\nDigital bank or neobank experience would be a strong benefit\n\nExperience with regulators outside Ukraine (EU, Cyprus, offshore jurisdictions), intercompany transactions and transfer pricing would be a benefit\n\nReadiness to relocate to the Bahamas, or to be based in Cyprus with monthly trips to the Bahamas.\n\nSkills\nStrategic financial
