Significant relevant experience can substitute for formal education.\nMinimum of three years of progressive housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.\nPrevious experience in a resort or luxury hotel property is preferred.\nDemonstrated knowledge of housekeeping operations, including guest room cleaning, public area maintenance, room inspections, deep-cleaning programs, linen control, laundry operations, and inventory management.\nStrong leadership and people-management skills, with experience coaching, developing, scheduling, and managing performance within a diverse team.\nKnowledge of departmental budgeting, labor productivity and inventory control.\nStrong understanding of health, sanitation, workplace safety, chemical handling, and proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.\nExcellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness, presentation, and guest-service standards.\nAbility to effectively collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, Security, Human Resources, and other operational departments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel property-management, housekeeping, or workforce-management systems preferred.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.\nAbility to perform regular property and room inspections and meet the physical demands associated with a fast-paced resort environment.\nWorking Conditions:\nRequired to regularly work shifts;
