In this role, you'll combine construction expertise with ecological awareness to drive safety, quality, and efficiency on site. On site, you’ll lead construction tasks, monitor equipment readiness, and ensure that work is progressing safely and according to plan. You’ll conduct site safety inspections, coach others on safe practices, and report incidents promptly to EHS&S and your supervisor. \nYou’ll use your knowledge of site plans, specifications, and ecological principles to guide daily operations and plans. You’ll proactively communicate with your Project Manager and the broader project team, assess site conditions, and manage tasks and personnel effectively on a single-site project. \nThroughout the day, you’ll confirm that all equipment is maintained, fueled, and functioning, and you’ll play a key role in task execution, troubleshooting, and quality control.
