With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nCreate and maintain reports and dashboard, identify enhancements, track and promote usage across team\nAnalyze program data to evaluate market potential and come up with recommendations.\nPerform a variety of quality control checks to maintain and assure the accuracy and consistency of data in tracking systems\nPerform database queries (Redshift DW) and program data analysis as requested\nGather and prioritize user requirements\nPerform and/or manage user acceptance and regression testing\nWrite user manuals, train users, and provide technical support on reporting tools\nManage projects and client communication. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nMinimum Requirements\nMinimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a data analyst or data scientist is required\nBachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming is strongly preferred\nExperience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Tableau.\nA proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel, including demonstrated analytical skills to solve business issues.\nThe successful candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, and is able to translate complex concepts concisely\nMost importantly, this individual should display a positive, team-oriented attitude to match our friendly work environment\nPreferred skills, education and experience\nCreate, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau\nExperience working with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS\nInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexible\nBenefits\nAbout Resource Innovations\nResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $65,000-$95,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
