We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Coordinator with a strong background in data management, analytics, and visualization to join our energetic group. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPull, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems and source files, including working with large data sets.\nDevelop routine and ad-hoc reports/dashboards to support program operations, monitor performance, and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. \nSupport testing and validation of software, system enhancements, data integrations, and reporting functionality to ensure changes perform as expected.\nCollaborate with software and program teams to troubleshoot issues, communicate findings, and support improvements to data, reporting, and system functionality.\nEnsure data accuracy, quality, and adherence to established regulatory and program requirements, identifying and escalating discrepancies or issues as appropriate.\nCreate and maintain clear documentation of data practices and processes to support consistency and effectively communicate requirements and procedures to relevant stakeholders.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n1+ years of experience working with data, reporting, data management, or a related technical field, including experience working with large data sets.\nExperience with data systems, reporting tools, databases, or similar technology; proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or comparable tools is a plus.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and follow through on detailed work.\nFluency in both Spanish and English is required.\nInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.\nPreferred skills, education and experience\nAdditional education or coursework in data analytics, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.\nExperience with software testing, data validation, reconciliation, or technical support.\nExperience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or other program-related environments.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\nExperience identifying opportunities to improve data, reporting, or business processes\nBenefits\nAbout Resource Innovations\nResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact.
