With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership\nLead & manage multiple large-scale programs from conception through execution, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and timelines.\nMonitor & evaluate program performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements through Quarterly Business Reviews, and regular client touchpoints.\nAccountable for owning the commercial terms of each assigned client; managing scope & pricing within contractual bounds.\nAssist with business development initiatives, including but not limited to proposal content review, interview preparation and presentation.\nStakeholder Relationships\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, external partners, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.\nCommunicate clearly about program initiatives, performance metrics, and tactical updates.\nCollaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience. \nProject Coordination\nTake initiative to proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on.\nLead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively.\nReporting & Analysis\nCreate and maintain reports for clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure visibility into program data. \nDescribe the data accurately, with clear takeaways and recommendations.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nMinimum Requirements\nBA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.\n5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting).\nExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $90,000 - $96,000 per year. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
