With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentity & Access Management (Primary Focus)\nSupport administration and maintenance of Microsoft Entra ID and related identity services.\nAssist with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access management processes.\nSupport synchronization and lifecycle management integrations between Workday and Microsoft Entra.\nMonitor and troubleshoot authentication, federation, single sign-on (SSO), and identity synchronization issues.\nAssist with implementation and support of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and identity security controls.\nParticipate in access reviews, governance initiatives, and identity-related audit activities.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation and support procedures.\nSecondary Responsibilities\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nAssist with administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools.\nSupport user account administration, licensing, mailbox management, distribution groups, and collaboration services.\nAssist in troubleshooting service issues impacting end users and business operations.\nMonitor Microsoft service health notifications and assist with issue remediation efforts.\nSupport Microsoft Intune and endpoint management initiatives as assigned.\nMicrosoft Azure Administration\nAssist with administration and monitoring of Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and cloud services.\nSupport management of Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components, and platform services.\nMonitor Azure resources for availability, performance, and security compliance.\nAssist with implementation of cloud governance, cost management, and operational best practices.\nSupport automation and process improvement efforts using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or other Microsoft tools.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nParticipate in incident response, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.\nWork collaboratively with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Application teams.\nSupport cloud modernization and digital transformation projects.\nContribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.\nPursue ongoing technical development through certifications and training.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nPreferred Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, or identity management.\nBasic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.\nFamiliarity with core IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.\nExposure to Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, storage, or monitoring tools.\nExposure to Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, or Intune.\nExperience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and cloud-based platforms.\nBasic PowerShell scripting or automation experience preferred.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Certifications\nMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (desired for future growth) Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.\nBenefits\nAbout Resource Innovations\nResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $90,000-$115,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
