This role blends relationship-driven outreach with program coordination and partner management, supporting the successful delivery of utility energy efficiency programs in Connecticut.\nIn this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a key connector between utility clients, distributors, internal delivery teams, and program partners. You will focus on building trust-based relationships, supporting supply chain partners, advancing projects through clear communication and follow-through, and helping manage program activities from outreach through project closeout.\nThis position is ideal for someone who excels at people-facing work, enjoys moving projects forward through strong communication and organization, and is comfortable balancing relationship management with operational and program support. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nServe as a key point of contact for distributors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams, building strong, trust-based relationships that support program participation and success.\nAdvance projects through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up, helping distributors navigate the process with ease from submission to payment.\nSupport program partners in delivering presentations, trainings, and hosting in-person events, to promote program offerings and increase participation.\nDevelop and distribute marketing content and communications related to program structure and updates.\nAssist with application support, project tracking, documentation, and issue resolution to keep projects on schedule.\nMonitor project and program activity, maintain project tracking and databases, and support reporting on participation, performance, and key milestones.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with program management, marketing, outreach, rebate processing, and software teams to support program goals and continuous improvement.\nAdapt to changing program needs, market conditions, and client priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service and partner satisfaction.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n2-4+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, account management, customer success, outreach, sales support, project coordination, or a related field.\nStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.\nSelf-motivated to drive results, with meticulous attention to detail.\nComfort balancing people-facing work with administrative and coordination responsibilities.\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with common software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (heavy on Excel), Salesforce, online application systems.\nInterest in sustainability, clean energy, and making a meaningful environmental impact.\nValid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.\nInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.\nPreferred skills, education and experience\nExperience with utility energy efficiency programs, demand-side management, lighting, building systems, or construction-related fields.\nExperience working with subcontractors, community organizations, or utility clients.\nBenefits\nAbout Resource Innovations\nResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $65,000- $87,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
