With every step, we’re leading the charge to power change.\nEssential Functions\nTrack BEES and LA Audit deliverables to support on-time completion of program tasks\nCoordinate day-to-day program administration, including customer records, audit documentation, survey activity, and reporting inputs\nProvide customer service, scheduling, and reporting support for assigned program activities\nFacilitate client, subcontractor, and internal coordination calls or meetings as needed\nResearch information and documentation in response to management, client, or program team requests\nRespond to calls, emails, and messages from customers, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members in a professional, timely, and accurate manner\nMaintain accurate program information in Company and client-required databases\nSupport preparation of charts, tables, status updates, and report materials for BEES and LA Audit program reporting\nCoordinate assigned administrative activities across BEES and LA Audit workflows\nPerform data entry and maintain complete, accurate, and timely program records\nPerform administrative QA/QC duties per program and client requirements\nAll other duties assigned\nRequirements\n2 years of college or equivalent experience\n3 years of experience providing management support in a professional office environment to include:\nPreferred\nBilingual; Spanish or other language\nBenefits\nAbout Resource Innovations\nResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $20/hour - $25/hour. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
