With every step, we’re leading the charge to power change.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nTrack project deliverables to ensure on-time completion of tasks \nCoordinate day-to-day activity and administration of projects \nProvide customer service and reporting support to projects \nFacilitates on-site conference call meetings with clients as necessary \nResearch information and documentation for response to management and/or client requests \nDevelop template of charts and information graphs for reports, training materials, and other documents as assigned \nCoordinate all project activities associated with assigned projects \nDevelop contract status sheets for projects and update on a monthly basis \nPerform data entry and update and manage program information utilizing database \nPerform administrative QA/QC duties per program requirements \nDevelop project plan that considers timeline, resources, and budget \nEditing and production of PowerPoint presentations, training materials, and other technical documents as assigned \nMaintain project database \nTrack, compile, and process all necessary paperwork and prepare monthly invoicing of assigned projects per project requirements \nReview and assign appropriate billing codes to invoices. \nTrack project expenses and produce expense reports \nDraft and submit invoices directly to client \nRespond to client requests for information and answer administrative questions \nCoordinate mailing and shipping of materials and overnight packages for assigned projects \nAsset management of project equipment and maintenance\nAll other duties assigned\nRequirements\n2 years of college or equivalent\nValid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record and minimum required level of automobile insurance \nThree years of experience in a professional office environment: \nTwo years of providing administrative support \nTwo years of experience in coordinating projects \nBenefits\nAbout Resource Innovations\nResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $20/hour - $25/hour. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
