The role involves developing backend services and APIs, responsive web applications, integrations, automated testing and containerized deployments while working closely with product, QA and DevOps teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript and Angular.\nBuild scalable REST APIs, backend services and microservices using Node.js.\nDevelop reusable, responsive and high-performance Angular components and modules.\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIs and external services.\nWork with PostgreSQL and/or other relational/NoSQL databases, including basic query and performance optimization.\nImplement authentication, authorization and secure API communication using JWT/OAuth and HTTP/HTTPS.\nWork with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka where required.\nUse caching technologies such as Redis where applicable.\nImplement application logging, metrics and distributed tracing, preferably using OpenTelemetry.\nContainerize applications using Docker and work with CI/CD pipelines for build, test and deployment.\nWrite clean, modular, reusable and testable code with appropriate unit and integration tests.\nTroubleshoot application, API and performance issues across frontend and backend.\nParticipate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nMust-Have Skills\nBackend\n 3–5 years of hands-on Node.js development.\n Strong TypeScript / JavaScript skills.\n REST API development and microservices.\n Express.js / NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.\n PostgreSQL or similar relational database.\n Understanding of authentication, authorization and API security.\n Hands-on experience with OOJS, ES6 Programming, TypeScript & JavaScript\n Experience with Server-Side Rendering and Unit Testing Frameworks\n Familiarity with Code Quality tools and processes (ESLint, flowerrors, sonar, etc.)\n\n Frontend\n Proficiency in Angular and the latest versions\n TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS.\n Angular components, services, routing and reusable modules.\n Responsive web development and browser compatibility.\n Frontend performance and basic accessibility practices.\n Deep knowledge of Angular best practices and commonly used modules\n\nEngineering & DevOps\nDocker and containerized application development.\nGit and CI/CD fundamentals.\nUnit/integration testing and code-quality practices.\nUnderstanding of application logging, monitoring and observability.\nAgile/Scrum development experience.\nGood to Have\nReact.js experience.\nKafka, gRPC and Redis.\nKubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.\nOpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.\nExperience with
