In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with technical experts, project teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes while building and maintaining strong client relationships.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at coordinating teams, managing competing priorities, solving complex challenges, and driving successful project outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with technical experts, business leaders, and clients on impactful projects across a variety of markets and disciplines.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Project Manager, you will:\nLead projects through the full lifecycle, from project kickoff through closeout\nDevelop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across multiple offices and locations\nMonitor project performance and implement solutions to keep projects on track\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication\nLead client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, schedules, budgets, and next steps\nManage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, billing, and profitability\nIdentify and manage project risks, change orders, and contract modifications\nEnsure compliance with quality standards, contract requirements, and regulatory obligations\nSupport business development efforts through proposal preparation, client presentations, and project pursuits\nMentor and support team members while promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment\nContribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned across teams\nWe do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters\n Required\nBachelor's degree in engineering, geology, science, construction management, environmental science, business, or a related field from an accredited university\n5+ years of progressively responsible consulting, engineering, technical, operational, or project management experience\nDemonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams\nExperience serving as a client interface and successfully delivering projects from initiation through closeout\nMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record where business travel is required\nPreferred\nProject Management Professional (PMP), professional registration, or applicable technical certification\nExperience with P6 scheduling software\nGeothermal experience\n Compensation: Compensation depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
