Our multidisciplinary team specializes in groundbreaking projects that address water and wastewater challenges faced by our clients. With an unwavering focus on sustainability and innovation, we take pride in delivering results that enhance quality of life and promote responsible resource management.\n Required:\nBachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or the ability to obtain within six (6) months\nMinimum of 5 years of experience managing and delivering water and wastewater engineering projects\nDemonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary project teams\nStrong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, collection systems, distribution systems, and pumping facilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication, client management, and leadership skills\nMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel\nPreferred:\nExperience developing and leading professional service proposals and project pursuits\nProven ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate repeat business\nExperience managing project financial performance and supporting backlog growth\nProficiency with hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project management software\nActive participation in professional organizations and industry conferences\n Compensation : Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $155,000 Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
