the Role :\n\nResponsive is looking for a product-minded Software Architect with deep technical expertise and a strong track record of designing and scaling multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.\n\nWe are looking for someone who can drive architecture across scalability, security, performance, reliability, and cloud-native systems, while also evaluating and adopting emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and modern search technologies.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing :\n\n- SaaS Architecture: Design and evolve scalable, secure, and reliable multi-tenant SaaS platforms.\n\n- Scalability & Performance: Architect systems to support growing customers, users, workloads, and data volumes while maintaining strong performance.\n\n- Security & Reliability: Define architecture for tenant isolation, access control, data protection, high availability, and fault tolerance.\n\n- Technical Leadership: Lead architecture reviews, drive key technical decisions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.\n\n- Cloud & Platform Engineering: Design cloud-native solutions across microservices, APIs, databases, caching, messaging, and containerized platforms.\n\n- Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and guide the adoption of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI orchestration, semantic search, and other emerging technologies.\n\n- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams to align technology decisions with business goals.\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nExperience :\n\n- 14+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in architecture or senior technical leadership roles.\n\n- Strong experience designing and scaling multi-tenant B2B SaaS or enterprise applications.\n\nSkills, Qualifications & Ability :\n\n- Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including tenant isolation, data segregation, authorization, and configuration.\n\n- Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and backend system design.\n\n- Experience with React and modern frontend technologies, with a good understanding of frontend architecture and integration with backend services.\n\n- Experience with MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, messaging, and event-driven architectures.\n\n- Strong knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.\n\n- Strong understanding of application security, cloud security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.\n\n- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.\n\n- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.\n\n- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI agents, semantic search, vector search, and AI orchestration frameworks.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.\n\nWhat Can Help You Stand Out :\n\n-
