He/she would be helping our developers achieve maximum efficiency, and aiding our COO to maintain smooth operations, and accelerating releases of secure, high-quality software.\nThe company offers a combination of self-serve studio products (SaaS), 3rd party fluid ad serving, and a full-service rich-media creative development offering.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy CI/CD pipelines to automate development and deployment processes, and continue to evolve existing infrastructure.\nMonitor and optimize the development infrastructure and applications for availability, performance, and security.\nImprove DevOps monitoring to manage continuous monitoring.\nResearch new technologies to automate and streamline software development/deployment processes.\nUpdate and maintain both frontend and backend stack while minimizing disruption of service and development.\nCoordinate communication and document workflows with cross-functional teams.\nAid adoption of new technologies to improve delivery & development processes.\nMaintain and enhance version control systems (Git), repositories, and branching strategies to facilitate efficient collaboration and versioning.\nIdentify and mitigate security risks across the infrastructure.\nStay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends.\nMonitor and help improve code quality with monitoring tools.\nDeploy and maintain cloud environments, including production and development environments on AWS and Google Cloud.\nDevelop, and maintain solutions for product analysis, feedback, and logging.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a SRE/DevOps/Systems engineer.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS stack (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SNS, EBS, and/or EKS).\nSolid understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS and Google Cloud.\nStrong communication skills in English and through visualization with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong technical documentation skills.\nExpertise in Linux system administration and shell scripting.\nProficiency with Javascript and Typescript.\nExperience with Javascript frontend and backend technologies.\nExperience with microservice architecture and Git or GitHub version control system.\nExperience with APIs and Web services.\nKnowledge with MongoDB, AWS Redshift, and PostgreSQL.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Circle CI, Bamboo, or Travis CI.\nSolid understanding in networking, security practices and protocols.\nNice to Have\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\nKnowledge in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.\nKnowledge in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubenetes, Ansible, or Amazon ECS.\nFamiliarity with Svelte.\nFamiliarity with AdTech including Google Ad Manager, programmatic advertising, demand-side platform (DSP), supply-side platform (SSP), and agency trading desk (ATD).\nExperience maintaining ad servers.\nExperience working in an Agile environment.\nKnowledge of product analysis tools such as PostHog.\nBenefits\nSome reasons why you’d want to work with us:\n You want to play a big part in a small but profitable company that is an industry leader.\n You do your best in a setting where excellent work is what’s valued-not face time (a good work-life balance is just how we do things!)\n You value authenticity and a work environment that values who you are and what you can do.\n You’re looking for a big challenge that involves lots of variety, collaboration, inventiveness, and on your toes thinking.\n You want to work alongside a diverse group of people who are passionate, friendly, and helpful.\n We have been a fully remote team from the start 6+ years\n Our benefits include:\n A strong commitment to work-life balance.
