You’ll deliver accurate reporting, analyse performance across member initiatives and help ensure insights are simple, accessible and aligned with enterprise priorities. This is your opportunity to make a real contribution to the financial wellbeing of millions of Australians.\nKey Accountabilities & Responsibilities\nDeliver accurate and timely portfolio analytics, performance reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making across the Member portfolio.\nAnalyse performance across strategic initiatives, using data and analytical tools to identify trends, emerging issues and opportunities.\nTranslate complex data and analytical findings into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations, helping stakeholders across the business understand what the data is telling them and what it means for decision-making.\nBring together member and employer insights from multiple sources to create clear narratives and accessible reporting for senior stakeholders.\nPartner across Member, Commercial and Risk teams to align performance measures, data and insights, while continuously improving reporting and governance frameworks.\n Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.\nExperience within superannuation or financial services, with an understanding of member, product and regulatory environments.\nExcellent analytical capability, with experience using data and technology to uncover insights, measure performance and support decision-making.\nExperience with data platforms and analytical tools such as SQL and Tableau Cloud.\nCommercial and financial acumen, with the ability to connect data and performance measures to broader business priorities and outcomes.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights and explain what the data means for the business and its decision-making.\n .What you'll find at Rest\nHybrid working\n5 Rest Days (wellbeing days) each year in addition to annual leave\nEligible employees are entitled to 22 weeks paid parental leave (gender neutral)\nContinued super contributions during parental leave\nLearning and development opportunities, including AI & Data Academy, leadership programs, LinkedIn Learning, study assistance and professional memberships\nIncome Protection Insurance\nOption to purchase additional leave\nRecognition through our Rest Excellence Awards\nIf you share our values and this sounds like the kind of place you’d do your best work, we’d like to hear from you.
