Working across Technology, Digital, Information Security, Product, Procurement, Service Delivery and external partners, you'll drive delivery from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring effective planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.\nManage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved funding and business objectives.\nTrack and realise business benefits, supporting successful adoption and transition into business-as-usual operations.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors and delivery partners to drive alignment and successful outcomes.\nApply project governance frameworks, providing clear reporting, escalation management and delivery oversight.\nManage external vendors and implementation partners, ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.\nIdentify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.\nLead and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration, capability development and delivery excellence.\n Tertiary qualification in Technology, Project Management or a related discipline, with relevant Project Management certification.\nDemonstrative experience delivering complex projects/programmes in hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments, managing scope, budgets, schedules, governance and RAID.\nProven experience delivering complex third-party vendor and commercial engagements.\nDemonstrated experience leading customer-facing insurance transformation initiatives, ideally within claims.\nStrong track record delivering projects to agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality and benefits realisation outcomes.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams comprising internal SMEs, contractors, vendors and implementation partners.\nStrong financial and governance capability, including business case development, forecasting, dependency management, benefits tracking and executive reporting.\nExperience applying project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and controls within enterprise environments.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and issue management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and delivery trade-offs.\nStrong communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Technology, Information Security, business teams and external partners.\nExperience within superannuation, insurance, financial services or other highly regulated industries.\nProven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and deliver to deadlines in fast-paced environments.\n .What you'll find at Rest\nHybrid working\n5 Rest Days (wellbeing days) each year in addition to annual leave\nEligible employees are entitled to 22 weeks paid parental leave (gender neutral)\nContinued super contributions during parental leave\nLearning and development opportunities, including AI & Data Academy, leadership programs, LinkedIn Learning, study assistance and professional memberships\nIncome Protection Insurance\nOption to purchase additional leave\nRecognition through our Rest Excellence Awards\nIf you share our values and this sounds like the kind of place you’d do your best work, we’d like to hear from you.
