This is an opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives that improve employee experiences, streamline business processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions across the organisation.\nAs a key member of our Platform team, you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, stakeholders, and fellow engineers to design and deliver innovative solutions that create real business value. From workflow automation and platform enhancements to integrations and custom applications, you'll play a critical role in unlocking the full potential of ServiceNow.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesigning, developing and supporting solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD, IRM, TPRM, ITOM, CMDB and custom applications.\nBuilding workflows, automations and integrations that simplify processes and improve user experiences.\nPartnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into scalable solutions.\nDeveloping and supporting APIs, web services and data integrations across enterprise systems.\nContributing to Agile delivery through sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.\nTroubleshooting issues, resolving defects and driving continuous platform improvements.\nSupporting testing, deployment and release activities across development, test and production environments.\nMaintaining technical documentation and ensuring solutions align with governance, security and ServiceNow best practices.\nIdentifying opportunities to automate, simplify and optimise business processes.\nWhat's in it for you?\nThis is more than a development role.
