While we consider a full workday to be 8 hours per day under the Discretionary working System, we're more interested in your output than watching the clock. Our standard working hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 Japan Standard Time, but we trust you to manage your time in a way that lets you do your best work.\n- Break: 1 hour\n- Holidays\n- 20 days paid leave (5 days paid leaves are granted on 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1 every year)\n- Saturdays, Sundays, and National holidays including Golden Week and New Year\n- Special paid leave for Family and Medical：Employees shall be granted five (5) days of special paid leave on the date of hire.
