areas of the business including: sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation\nPerform all aspects of the job with a high level of professionalism and integrity\nEstablish and uphold a positive work culture that is in line with company culture, values, and philosophies\nGuiding and leading the team\nManaging costs\nMaintain positive and cooperative relationships with all vendors and business partners\nProvide leadership and support by remaining very hands-on with staff and collaborative with ownership\nFoster opportunities for the team to learn and grow\nContinually strive to educate and develop staff as it relates to food, beverage, and service\nModel a strong but approachable floor presence and when appropriate manner\nAnticipating needs of the restaurant and acting upon them\nEnsure quality and consistency of all products served\nEnsure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition\nBe knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and deliver prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.\nFully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements\nGeneral Manager Qualifications:\nMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager (GM), FOH General Manager, or FOH Department Manager or 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM), Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager, Senior Manager, or FOH Manager in a full-service, upscale, restaurant concept is required\nChef-driven restaurant experience is a big plus\nStrong understanding of steps of service within an elevated restaurant environment\nProven track record in leading and motivating a team\nStrong knowledge of and passion for food and beverage\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence\nStrong attention to detail and very highly organized\nEffective problem-solving skills\nHands-on, lead by example style of leadership\nHumble and open-minded personality\nAbility to thrive in a high-pressure, fat-paced environment\nExceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety\nExperience in managing P&L\nFlexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays\nFood Safety Certification\nBe able to stand/walk for long periods of time\nProcess driven and able to implement operating procedures that
