While focused on individual project execution, the PM also contributes to process improvements, playbook adoption, and delivery consistency across the Professional Services organization.\nHow you'll add value:\nManage full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met. \nPlan and coordinate resources effectively to achieve project milestones. \nFacilitate project kickoff meetings and establish clear communication channels with customers and internal teams. \n Track and report on progress using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), escalating issues when necessary. \nIdentify risks and blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact timelines or customer experience. \nMaintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation for internal visibility and customer reference. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Architecture, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth and successful customer onboarding journey. \nContribute to delivery process improvements by sharing feedback and participating in playbook refinement initiatives. \nOther duties as assigned.KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS\n\nUtilization Rate \nProject Margin \nOn-Time Delivery Rate \nCustomer Satisfaction (CSAT) \nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role:\n3+ years of project management experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse customer segments.\nDemonstrated success leading customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high customer satisfaction.\nStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to structure complex projects, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver against timelines and milestones.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead kickoff meetings, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and clearly communicate progress, risks, and next steps to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nProficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches; platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana) to effectively manage, track, and report on project health.\nProven risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early, anticipate potential blockers, and drive collaborative resolution strategies that protect delivery timelines and customer outcomes.\nExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment, address technical or operational challenges, and deliver a seamless onboarding journey.\nStrong documentation and process discipline, ensuring accurate records of project scope, decisions, and milestones for both internal visibility and customer reference.\nContinuous improvement mindset, with a track record of contributing to delivery playbooks, refining methodologies, and sharing feedback to enhance project execution at scale.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nProject management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). \nExperience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries. \nBackground in SaaS onboarding or customer success environments. \nR365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation\nThis position has a salary range of $96,400K-$120,500K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position.
