The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a strong cross-functional collaborator, and a champion of best-in-class quality systems.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPartner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to design, implement, and maintain robust process controls that eliminate errors and ensure superior product and service quality.\nUtilize quality systems such as Corrective Action, Internal/External Audits, Change Management, and Deviation Analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nPlan, schedule, and execute internal quality audits, delivering insightful reports and actionable recommendations.\nSupport and contribute to customer and regulatory agency audits, ensuring compliance and continuous enhancement of quality standards.\nPlay a key role in New Product Development, ensuring robust design, strong manufacturing process capability, and effective quality control measures.\nDevelop, refine, and uphold Quality Systems procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.\nLead and facilitate Change Management processes to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives.\nInvestigate and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and driving effective corrective actions.\nConduct root-cause analysis forums, leveraging data trends and market insights to guide impactful quality improvements.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nEducation and Experience:\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline plus at least 7 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferably with 5 years in a quality focused role.\nChemistry background preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nDeep understanding of quality processes, ISO 9001 principles, and related standards.\nAdvanced proficiency in statistical methods, including Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).\nStrong risk-based decision-making skills to resolve complex quality challenges effectively.\nHigh-level customer interaction skills, with the ability to provide in-depth product knowledge.\nProven experience leading major audits and conducting high-impact quality investigations.\nOutstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nThis position has been approved for a hybrid work arrangement\nThis position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy.
