Customer Account Executives are a prime and pivotal point of contact within Restore Information Management - Outbound Communications, liaising with customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nYou will have responsibility for a portfolio of customers and be encouraged to build long term trusted relationships, in close collaboration with external Business Development Managers and your Customer Service colleagues\nWhat we are looking for:\n3 years’ experience of working in a customer service/sales environment \nExperience of working with a CRM system and Microsoft office\nExcellent customer service skills and a customer focused mentality \nExcellent verbal and written communications skills \nAbility to quickly assimilate and retain new information, with excellent attention to detail\nProfessional approach and telephone manner \nStrong work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm \nSkilled at prioritising appropriately and ability to work to tight timescales \nSkilled at relaying information clearly to a varied audience \nStrong organisational skills coupled with a logical mind \nAbout Us\nAbout The Company\nAt Restore Information Management, we help organisations protect, manage and access their information with confidence.
