With a focus on innovation and customer-focused solutions, we help organisations streamline and management their information and communications to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced market.\nAs a member of our dynamic Technical Support team, you will spend your first 8-12 weeks mastering our cutting-edge applications through our comprehensive training program. Once trained, you will support our new and existing customers in a blend of project work and active technical support, where you will be required to work closely with our customers and other internal teams to implement new projects and action requests in an efficient and timely manner.\nYou will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues, setting up bespoke configurations for new customers and supporting existing customers with any changes. No two days are the same! You will utilise your problem-solving skills, attention to detail and your ability to multitask. Experience in a professional customer service environment is essential, and whilst coding experience is desirable; it is not mandatory.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe primary activities are:\nProviding software support through customising configurations to meet the specific needs of our customers\nImplementing and testing the technical configurations for new customers and departments\nInvestigating and resolving any issues occurring within our customers’ configurations \nInvestigating and reporting any faults within our software applications\nProducing and maintaining a clear and concise log of activities\nAnalysing and extracting customer data using our in-house software\nFollowing pre-defined procedures and documentation to aid timely task resolution\nWhat we are looking for:\nA logical mind-set with a strong capability for problem solving\nStrong attention to detail\nAn enthusiasm for learning new software\nAn ability to quickly assimilate and retain new information \nWork methodically and efficiently \nThe ability to communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner\nDemonstrate a critical-thinking mindset\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAdaptable and open to change\nAbout Us\nAbout The Company\nAt Restore Information Management, we help organisations protect, manage and access their information with confidence.
