This is a great opportunity to become part of a business that plays a vital role in helping customers manage, protect and secure their information every day.\nIn this role, you will support the safe handling, tracking and processing of important customer records, helping to maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and data security.\nIf you take pride in doing things properly, enjoy working as part of a team and want to contribute to a service our customers rely on, we would love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTrack, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.\nComplete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.\nUtilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.\nRecord and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.\nHandle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided. \nMaintain confidentiality and data security standards\nSupport operational targets and service delivery\nFollow health and safety procedures to ensure safety\nWhat we are looking for:\nA willingness to support other operational teamsby completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately.\nA positiveteam player who can also work independently, follow processesand take responsibility for their work.\nSomeone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment where no two days are the same.\nA dependableand committed individual who takes pride indelivering high-quality work.\nGood organisation skills, with the ability to manage workload and complete tasks within agreed timescales.
