initiatives\nAct as a leadership resource during manager absences\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of responsible retail experience, including at least 2 years in management\nExperience in regulated retail or medical marijuana strongly preferred\nStrong knowledge of medical marijuana products and patient consultation\nExperience in inventory management and reconciliation\nStrong reporting and analytical skills\nExcellent conflict resolution and decision-making abilities\nBasic math and strong computer proficiency\nCash handling experience with high accuracy\nAbility to lift, bend, twist,
