Key Responsibilities Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays; set schedules are not available for this role. Act as shift supervisor, ensuring smooth daily dispensary operations Perform all Dispensary Associate duties, including reception, register/drawer, and fulfillment shifts Greet patients, verify credentials, and maintain patient flow Coordinate and oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with SOPs Support timely and accurate transactions at the point of service Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies Coordinate inventory tasks, assist with counts, and monitor product organization Assist with employee shift coordination and communication during assigned shifts Ensure strict adherence to cash handling procedures and drawer accountability This candidate should be able to follow directions on opening and closing procedures, as well as take direction from their management team Address and escalate operational concerns to management as needed Support fulfillment of in-store, call-ahead, and online orders Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready environment Lead by example in delive
