Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Restore Digital's policies, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and collaborating effectively with other departments to meet strict SLAs.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the line manager in coordinating and implementing daily activities within the department \nProvide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative environment and leading by example \nAssume responsibility in the absence of the line manager, assigning tasks and ensuring the team operates efficiently \nAct as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing enquiries and managing conflicting priorities \nCoach, advise, and motivate team members to achieve personal and professional excellence aligned with business goals \nEnforce Restore Digital's policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines, ensuring team compliance \nMonitor team performance against objectives, escalate concerns, and identify training needs to enhance efficiency \nProvide daily metrics and reports to line management \nWhat we are looking for:\nAbility to effectively resolve problems and make informed decisions \nDemonstrated experience in team leadership, ideally in a fast-paced environment \nStrong motivational and coaching skills with a proven track record of team development \nPrevious experience in managing and leading teams to achieve operational targets \nExcellent communication skills, capable of handling customer complaints courteously and effectively (Essential)\nFamiliarity with working in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting (Essential)\nA willingness to support other operational teams by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately.
