People join us to make one.\n To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need a Network Engineer to join our team.\nIf you love to solve problems and add value, consider what your typical days might look like…\nPerform strategic planning in conjunction with our clients, including identification and analysis of projects to fulfill strategic and operational needs.\nDeliver assigned project commitments to our clients, utilizing the entire client team if necessary and as agreed with the team leads.\nParticipate in the daily planning, tracking, scheduling, and execution of project tasks.\nDesign and implement network architectures to ensure reliable operation for business objectives and processes and meet client objectives.\nConduct assessments of our clients’ current network states to identify network efficiency, security, or reliability improvements through metrics collection and trend analysis.\nDesign and build out cloud networking solutions (Azure, AWS, Google).\nInstall site network equipment such as firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless solutions.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and products and develop standard operating procedures for their implementation into the network.\nWork with members of the security team to ensure solutions implemented conform with industry standards such as NIST CSF, NIST 800/53, ISO 2700x, and SOC, HIPPA, or PCI DSS.\nPrepare documentation of network standards, configurations, procedures, and cabling layouts.\nWrite, design, and deliver operational documentation, such as network and closets diagrams.\nEnsure that all network designs and deployments are fully documented and supportable by the Service Team.\nMentor team members on technical issues.\n Some of the skills we are expecting are. . .\nAt least 8+ years of experience in routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless covering datacenter and cloud.\nLeadership experience and/or potential. This position may grow into a Lead or Management position.\nTechnical Certifications such as CCNP, NSE4-6, PCNSE, AZ-700, etc. are highly desirable.\nExpertise with network systems, standards (LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN) and routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.\nIn-depth knowledge of network security including NGFW, IPS, IPsec VPN, and SSLVPN.\nCloud Networking Experience (AWS, Azure, Google).\nExperience planning, designing, and deploying network architectures using templates at scale using Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco technologies.\nProven ability in network capacity and performance planning and monitoring.\nPossess a thorough understanding of 802.11 wireless principles.\nStrong ability with end-user device connectivity.\nIn depth knowledge of QoS and traffic shaping.\nKnowledge of 802.1X and SAML/SSO implementation strategies.\nProven ability to analyze and solve tier 3 network incidents.\nExperience in executing medium to large-scale projects.\nExcellent communication and client service skills, both written and oral, including a proven ability to create detailed technical documentation.\nStrong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems.\nWilling to travel locally and nationally as needed (approximately 25%).\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.\n Additional Information\nWhat you should know about Resultant:\nRezzers are humble, hungry, and smart.
