You'll get broad commercial exposure in a fast-growing market, with real runway to grow into a quota-carrying sales role as you find your footing.\nReports to: Head of Sales (dotted line to Head of EMEA)\nLocation: Remote - based in Italy, with the right to work in-region\nSalary range: €65,000-€75,000 gross per year, plus commission\nWhat You'll Do\nPipeline Generation & Outbound\nOwn targeted outbound outreach to identify, qualify, and book meetings with new prospects across Italy\nResearch target accounts and build prioritized prospect lists aligned to regional growth goals\nFollow up relentlessly on inbound and marketing-generated leads to keep the top of the funnel healthy\nTrack outreach activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution against clear targets\nSales Support & Deal Execution\nKeep the regional sales team and the Head of EMEA moving on day-to-day commercial activity - preparing materials, tracking follow-ups, and pushing deals toward close\nPrepare proposals, quotes, and customer-facing presentations for the Italian market\nKeep CRM records and pipeline data accurate and up to date\nCoordinate logistics for customer meetings, demos, and regional sales activity\nExisting Customers & Partner Support\nTrack relationships with existing EMEA customers, surface renewal and expansion signals, and act on them alongside the sales team\nCoordinate joint activity with regional partners and keep those relationships running smoothly\nMarketing Support\nContribute to regional marketing efforts - events, campaigns, and localized content for the Italian market\nCoordinate RetailNext's presence at regional trade shows and customer events\nFeed on-the-ground insight back to the marketing team on what resonates in-region\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n2-5 years experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role - early-career candidates welcome, but you should be excited about a sales career\nComfortable and confident with outbound outreach: cold calls, emails, and talking to prospects and customers\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep deals and follow-ups on track\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nBased in Italy with the right to work in-region;
