You’ll own searches from intake through offer and partner closely with hiring leaders.\nOur People team works like a product team. We look at what employees, candidates and leaders experience, find where work gets stuck, and test improvements together. You’ll bring what you learn through hiring into that shared work, alongside our People Experience team.\nReports to: Director, People\nWhat you’ll do\nLead full-cycle searches, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offers and close.\n\nBuild pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles, and engage passive candidates across global markets.\n\nAdvise hiring leaders on candidate profiles, market conditions, location and assessment.\n\nKeep candidates informed and hiring teams accountable for timely feedback and decisions.\n\nMaintain accurate stages, feedback and reporting in Greenhouse.\n\nSpot recurring friction across the hiring journey and work with the People team to test improvements that can be used across searches.\n\nUse hiring data, AI and automation to improve sourcing, decisions and team capacity.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a global distributed technology company.\n\nExperience independently hiring across business and technical functions, including specialist engineering roles such as computer vision or machine learning.\n\nProven ability to source and engage passive candidates across Europe and other international markets.\n\nStrong judgment in shaping a search strategy and advising hiring leaders on trade-offs.\n\nSystems thinking: you can identify the cause of a recurring problem, help test a solution and use evidence to see whether it worked.\n\nReliable execution, including accurate ATS data and consistent follow-through with candidates and hiring teams.\n\nA collaborative approach to
