This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.\nIn This Role You Will\nLead the Team and Portfolio\nLead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, setting clear priorities, expectations, and standards for high-quality work.\n\nDirectly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.\n\nPartner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps, commercialization priorities, investment decisions, and growth plans.\n\nDefine Market and Commercial Strategy\nDevelop a clear view of customers, competitors, market dynamics, and whitespace through research, win/loss insights, product data, and field feedback.\n\nOwn segmentation, ideal customer profiles, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to inform where and how the company can win.\n\nTurn market and business insights into actionable recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and routes to market.\n\nShape the Offer and Bring It to Market\nLead positioning, messaging, value propositions, buyer insights, and competitive differentiation for assigned businesses.\n\nOwn pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales, and business leadership, using customer value, competitive context, product economics, and deal data to guide decisions.\n\nLead go-to-market strategy for new products, major enhancements, and packaging changes, aligning teams on audiences, objectives, readiness, enablement, and measures of success.\n\nEnable Growth and Measure Impact\nEquip Sales and Customer Success with the narratives, tools, training, and competitive guidance needed to win, retain, and expand customers.\n\nPartner with Customer Success and Sales to identify customer advocates and translate testimonials, reference stories, and case studies into compelling proof points for campaigns, sales conversations, and executive audiences.\n\nTrack adoption and commercial performance, including pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, retention, expansion, and price realization, and adjust strategies based on results.\n\nCommunicate priorities, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or another complex solution environment, including 3+ years of people management.\n\nDemonstrated ownership of a product, portfolio, or line of business and a record of turning market insight into adoption, growth, or improved commercial performance.\n\nHands-on experience with pricing and packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, and product launches.\n\nExperience building customer advocacy programs, developing testimonials, and creating case studies that connect customer outcomes to market positioning and revenue growth.\n\nExperience partnering with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing teams through complex decisions and launches.\n\nStrong people leadership with the judgment to set direction, delegate meaningful ownership, give clear feedback, and step into the work when needed.\n\nCommercial and analytical fluency, including the ability to structure ambiguous questions, test assumptions, interpret data, and make defensible recommendations.\n\nExcellent writing, storytelling, presentation, project management, and executive communication skills, with the ability to make complex products and decisions easy to understand and move cross-functional teams toward action.\n\nA hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information.\n\nExperience in healthcare, education technology, human capital, or another regulated or specialized B2B market is preferred.\nLocation: Remote opportunities are available to candidates who reside in the following states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY\nOur commitment to an inclusive workplace\nRethinkFirst is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
