This will be a key role in our accounting function.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the development and maintenance of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.\nBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast results, and support strategic decision-making.\nPartner with operational leaders to understand business performance and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes.\nAnalyze key performance indicators related to recurring revenue, labor costs, productivity, utilization, and profitability.\nParticipate in preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, and board reporting materials.\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial reporting, forecasting processes, data quality, and analytical tools, including automation.\nSupport strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analysis to inform leadership decisions.\nCommunicate financial insights and actionable recommendations clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n4-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.\nExperience in a SaaS business, including familiarity with recurring revenue models, ARR, revenue growth drivers, and SaaS performance metrics.\nExperience working in a private equity-backed company, with an understanding of PE reporting expectations, financial accountability, and operating cadence.\nExperience preparing monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, and board reporting materials.\nStrong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.\nDemonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.\nAbility to communicate effectively and persuasively with members of the senior management team and others within the Company\nPreferred Qualifications & Skills:\nExperience in healthcare, behavioral health, or similar service-oriented businesses.\nExperience leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve financial analysis, modeling, reporting, research, or workflow automation.\nFamiliarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools.\nBenefits\nHealth, Dental, & Vision insurance\n\n401(k) + company match\n\nPaid time off\n\nParental leave\n\nProfessional development assistance\n\nLocation: Remote opportunities are only available to candidates who reside in the following states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY\nOur commitment to an inclusive workplace\nRethinkFirst is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
