This role will manage the Graphic Design team and oversee the development of creative assets that support marketing, eCommerce, retail, wholesale, events, and other brand initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nCreative & Brand Execution\nOversee the development and execution of all graphic design assets for Retrofête and Seroya.\nEnsure consistent brand identity and visual standards across all customer touchpoints.\nTranslate creative direction from the Art Director into compelling and effective design solutions.\nMaintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems.\nReview and approve creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.\nTeam Leadership\nManage, mentor, and develop the Graphic Design team.\nPrioritize workload and allocate resources across projects and brands.\nEstablish processes and workflows that improve efficiency and creative output.\nProvide constructive feedback and support ongoing professional development.\nFoster collaboration across creative, marketing, merchandising, social, and cross-functional teams.\nMarketing & Campaign Creative\nLead design execution for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional initiatives, and brand storytelling.\nOversee creation of email marketing assets, digital advertising creative, social media content, and website graphics.\nPartner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize creative performance and customer engagement.\nSupport campaign concepting and execution from initial brief through final delivery.\neCommerce & Digital Design\nOversee the creative updates, homepage refreshes, landing pages, promotional assets, and merchandising graphics.\nPartner with eCommerce, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive and elevated customer experience across all digital\nchannels.\nDevelop assets that support conversion, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.\nEnsure all digital assets are optimized for platform requirements and best practices.\nRetail, Wholesale & Events\nDevelop creative materials supporting retail stores, wholesale presentations, trade shows, and showroom initiatives.\nCreate visual assets for events, activations, runway, and special projects.\nPartner with Retail and Sales teams on in-store marketing materials and customer-facing collateral.\nSupport visual storytelling across experiential and customer engagement initiatives.\nProduction & Asset Management\nManage design production timelines from concept through final delivery.\nMaintain organized creative asset libraries and file management systems.\nCoordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.\nEnsure all deliverables meet production specifications and deadlines.\nAI & Creative Innovation\nLeverage AI tools to enhance creative development, efficiency, content generation, and workflow optimization.\nEvaluate emerging design technologies and identify opportunities to improve team productivity.\nPartner with the Art Director to integrate innovative creative solutions while maintaining brand integrity.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n5-8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.\nPrevious management experience leading creative or graphic design teams.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, campaign creative, and visual storytelling.\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.\nExperience designing for eCommerce, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.\nStrong understanding of print production and asset development.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nExperience leveraging AI tools within creative workflows is highly preferred.\nBenefits\nSalary Range: $100,000 -
