You’ll work closely with the social media and creative teams to develop engaging, elevated content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels, with a particular focus on graphic design and social-first storytelling.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreate visually compelling Instagram Story sets and social media graphics in Figma, maintaining Retrofête’s visual identity and aesthetic.\nDevelop story concepts, layouts, typography, and graphic treatments that translate fashion campaigns and brand moments into engaging social content.\nAssist with the creation of Instagram Stories, feed graphics, launch assets, event content, product features, and other digital creative.\nUtilize AI tools to develop, enhance, and ideate social media graphics, imagery, concepts, and creative treatments.\nExperiment with emerging AI and design tools to find new ways to create fresh, visually engaging social content.\nAdapt existing campaign imagery and creative assets into social-first formats and storytelling sequences.\nCollaborate with the social and creative teams on content calendars, campaigns, launches, and day-to-day social needs.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong interest in fashion, social media, graphic design, and visual culture.\nProficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and layout.\nA strong visual eye and an ability to create polished, fashion-forward graphics.\nExperience creating content specifically for Instagram Stories and social media.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools and an eagerness to experiment with new technologies.\nAbility to take a creative direction and translate it into engaging, cohesive social assets.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.\nA strong understanding of current social media aesthetics and trends.\nBenefits\n$17.50/hr + School
