This role combines product marketing, program management, and customer marketing skills to make sure every product initiative and customer relationship is positioned, launched, and supported effectively. You'll use AI-assisted tools to move faster from insight to launch, and act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, driving cohesive storytelling from launch through renewal and expansion.\nKey Responsibilities\nLaunches and programs: Lead launch planning and execution end to end, including launch briefs, campaign coordination, and enablement, partnering with Content, Design, Web/Digital, and Demand Generation to keep programs on message and on schedule. \nPositioning and messaging: Own the CPQ messaging and positioning framework, translating complex configure-price-quote capabilities into compelling narratives for technical and business buyers. \nGTM strategy: Partner with Product Management to define market opportunities, target segments, and differentiated value propositions, and adapt messaging and plans for regional markets with EMEA and other regional teams. \nCustomer marketing: Design and run programs that drive upsell, expansion, and advocacy across the CPQ customer base, including building a customer reference program and a library of case studies. \nMarket and competitive intelligence: Use market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to shape pricing and packaging recommendations, and present insights to Product Management and marketing leadership. \nAI and automation: Use AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done by identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve. \n3+ years of experience in product marketing or relevant customer marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment. \nDemonstrated experience developing messaging and positioning for a software product. \nExperience building or supporting customer reference and/or case study programs. \nStrong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales enablement in a SaaS environment, with the initiative to use AI-assisted tools to work efficiently as they evolve. \nExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. \nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent practical experience.\n Preferred skills\nExperience with CPQ, PLM, or other manufacturing/engineering software. \nFamiliarity with customer marketing or advocacy platforms and reference-management tools. \nStrategic and analytical thinker with a bias for action. \nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed environment. \nPassionate about building durable customer relationships and community. \nAI-savvy and curious, comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work. \nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nRevalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.\nRevalize is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range.
