This is a hands-on role: you will manage our channels, coordinate the cross-portfolio social calendar, and turn campaigns, events, and content into effective, platform-appropriate social programs. Using analytics and AI-assisted tools, you will continuously improve our approach, evaluate emerging channels, and guide our presence across the social landscape.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and improve day-to-day social activity across our channels and the full Revalize portfolio, including publishing and optimization.\n\nOwn the cross-portfolio social calendar covering campaigns, product launches, press and influencer activity, new content, events, and evergreen themes.\n\nRecommend channel-specific social strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, and organic amplification tactics to increase the visibility and impact of key content and campaigns.\n\nPartner with Digital Marketing to identify organic content that can deliver greater impact through paid support and influencer programs.\n\nEvaluate channel and content performance, identify emerging platform, technology, and AI opportunities, and recommend where to invest, pilot, expand, reduce, or stop activity.\n\nGrow and monitor communities across channels, engage in relevant market conversations, build audience relationships, and support community growth initiatives.\n\nDevelop executive and SME social strategies and thought leadership programs that strengthen brand visibility and position key voices in relevant industry conversations.\n\nDefine channel KPIs, monitor performance, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to improve effectiveness.\n\nUses AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done - identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve\n\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.\n\n5-8+ years of professional experience managing organic social media programs across major social platforms.\n\nStrong English writing and editing skills.\n\nExperience coordinating social media activity across multiple brands and business priorities, with the ability to balance competing requests, campaigns, and deadlines.\n\nTrack record of using social media performance insights to drive measurable improvements in engagement, reach, and channel effectiveness.\n\nDemonstrated initiative and adaptability using AI-assisted tools and workflows in social media management.\n\n Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a 30-minute online assessment as a part of your application. Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range.
