The Project Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Execution\nOwn project scopes, schedules, and budgets from kickoff through closeout.\nManage multiple smaller projects or several complex projects simultaneously.\nCoordinate and manage internal discipline teams and external subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.\nPrepare, track, and submit monthly project invoicing.\nMonitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts.\nEnsure projects comply with client requirements, contractual obligations, and Revamp quality standards.\nPrepare and review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans.\nReview complete project documents for conformity, quality assurance, and contractual compliance.\nApply standard project management procedures and criteria with independent judgment.\nClient & Stakeholder Coordinations\nServe as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.\nLead and participate in project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.\nPresent project status, risks, and key issues clearly and confidently to stakeholders.\nReview client standards, best practices, and project-specific requirements and ensure alignment across teams.\nAssist with proposal development, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling inputs.\nCollaboration & Team Support\nAssign tasks to and direct discipline team members to complete project assignments.\nPlan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work in collaboration with technical leads.\nProvide mentoring and guidance to less experienced project and engineering staff.\nSupport a collaborative, accountable, and transparent project team environment.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform essential duties including meeting project deliverables and deadlines.\nPerform additional related duties as assigned or directed.\nExperience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field or an associate’s degree in a related field plus substantial relevant industry experience.\nMinimum 5+ years of project management experience in an engineering consulting environment, renewable energy, or similar industry.\nDemonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and invoicing.\nAbility to independently evaluate, select, and apply standard project management procedures.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex project issues.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\nDetail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality.\nPreferred\nSubstantial experience in renewable energy engineering, development, or construction environments.\nFamiliarity with the renewable energy project development lifecycle.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and subconsultants.\nBenefits for Full-Time Positions\nParticipation in Revamp’s Employee Ownership ESOP program\nCompetitive compensation with bonus.\nFull benefits package including 99% employer-paid health, vision, life, and dental insurance.\nMedical, dependent care, and commuter FSA.\nMonthly health and wellness stipend.\nAttractive vacation, sick, and holiday pay.\nPaid parental leave.\n401(k) savings plan with 100% match up to 6%, vested immediately.\nPaid volunteer time off and charitable donation matching.\nAbout Revamp\nFounded in 2016, Revamp is the premier employee-owned engineering design firm dedicated to advancing large-scale renewable energy projects.
