This role will collaborate closely with sales\ntraining, regional sales leadership, and senior leadership to cultivate and maintain excellent customer relationships and\ndrive revenues across an expansive geography. This position will require extensive travel and is targeted to candidates\nthat are open to relocation for future expansion territories.\nReporting to: Director, Sales Training\nTerritory: Atlanta, Southeast \nSalary: *$75,000-$80,000 annually + incentive compensation\n*The final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education, and geographic location.\nResponsibilities/Essential Duties:\nAttain or exceed quarterly sales objectives and developmental objectives.\nExecute sales and marketing strategies.\nBuild and nurture relationships with customers.\nProvide and filter key market insights back to sales and marketing management.\nWork effectively with teammates.\nMaintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.\nPerform sales calls with customers and potential customers as assigned.\nMaintain accurate reporting, records, and files.\nPositively represent Revance throughout customer locations.\nActively participate in sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetings.\nDemonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies forbusiness and compliance.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nAbility to travel overnight up to 75%-90%\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree & 1 years of sales experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years of sales/account management experience in pharmaceutical, device, and/or healthcare industry.\nHistory of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.\nExperience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery.\nLaunch experience.\nExperience in buy and bill or cash pay medicine.\nPossess advanced business acumen; understands competitors, influencers, industry trends.\nAbility to work in a launch or fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment.\nStrong knowledge of analytics, budgeting and key revenue drivers; able to leverage data to target and prioritizeopportunities.\n\nDemonstrate perseverance; resiliency and positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.\nPossess a “self-starter,” entrepreneurial spirit with extreme accountability/ownership for territory results.\nAdvanced presentation skills; ability to engage and meet the needs of various audiences.\nConsultative sales training.\n\nCompany Summary:\nRevance is a global company developing, producing, and distributing industry-leading, differentiated products across aesthetics, skincare, and therapeutics.
