This role collaborates closely with producers, directors, writers, art directors, cinematographers, project managers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver compelling visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy and business objectives.\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced editor with a strong creative eye, excellent storytelling instincts, and technical expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production. This individual thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting tight deadlines.\n\nReporting to: Manager, Cinematographer & Editor\nLocation: Nashville, TN - hybrid (3 days/week onsite)\n\nResponsibilities/Essential Duties:\nEdit a wide variety of video content, including commercial campaigns, branded content, social media assets, sizzle reels, executive communications, interviews, educational content, and internal communications.\nCreate polished edits utilizing pacing, music, motion graphics, typography, color correction, sound design, and visual effects to effectively communicate brand messaging.\nCollaborate closely with producers, directors, writers, designers, and creative team members throughout all phases of production, from concept through final delivery.\nApply strong storytelling principles to create engaging, emotionally compelling, and audience-focused content.\nStay current with emerging video editing techniques, social media trends, and platform-specific best practices.\nProduce high-quality, fast-turnaround content while balancing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.\nSource and incorporate licensed music, sound effects, and stock assets that enhance creative storytelling.\nExecute revisions efficiently by incorporating stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity and project objectives.\nMaintain consistent visual brand standards across all video deliverables.\nPrepare, process, export, and archive digital media in multiple formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and delivery specifications.\nManage project organization, media storage, file structure, and backup procedures to ensure efficient collaboration and long-term asset management.\nPresent creative work professionally, clearly communicate editing decisions, and respond constructively to feedback.\nContribute ideas that improve creative quality, production workflows, and overall team efficiency.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree & 2+ years’ directly related experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in film, television and/or media production, or other related creative field; OR demonstrated skills/proficiency in their body of work (portfolio).\n2+ years’ professional experience in video editing within an agency, production studio, corporate creative department, or comparable environment.\nDemonstrated expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.\nStrong portfolio or demo reel showcasing cinematic storytelling, commercial editing, motion graphics, pacing, and creative execution.\n\nCompany Summary:\nRevance is a global company developing, producing, and distributing industry-leading, differentiated products across aesthetics, skincare, and therapeutics.
