The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional support, application administration, workflow configuration, user access management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination within property management or real estate application environments. This role is best suited for professionals with Property ERP functional support or application administration experience rather than finance/accounting operations or pure software development backgrounds.\n\nResponsibilities: \nProvide day-to-day functional and application support for Property Management ERP platforms such as Yardi, Entrata, MRI, RealPage, or similar systems.\nConfigure and maintain: User access and security roles, Workflow configurations, Notifications and approval flows, Property/entity/unit setup.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application-related issues and support tickets.\nCoordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.\nSupport onboarding, setup, configuration changes, and production support activities.\nPerform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA timelines.\nAssist with testing, UAT support, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.\nMaintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and system support documentation.\nProvide training and guidance to business users on application functionality and processes.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience working with Property Management ERP platforms such as Yardi Voyager, Entrata, MRI, RealPage or similar applications.\nStrong experience in: Application Support, Functional Support, System Administration, User Access Management, Workflow Configuration, Production Support.\nGood understanding of property management / real estate business processes.\nExperience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience in Property Management or the Real Estate domain.\nExposure to onboarding, configuration, and workflow setup activities.\nKnowledge of SQL/reporting tools is an added advantage.\nExperience supporting global users/clients is
