If you’re looking for a collaborative and diverse culture with a great work/life balance, look no further.\nPosition Summary\nThe Director - Product Management defines and executes Revecore’s product strategy and portfolio roadmap, aligning investments across Agentic AI Workflows, Workflow Operational Systems, and Enterprise Services with corporate objectives. This role partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to drive innovation, improve operational productivity, and deliver measurable business outcomes while building a high-performing, customer-focused, and data-driven product organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across Revecore’s product portfolio.\n\nEstablish product management standards, operating models, governance, and best practices across the organization.\n\nLead portfolio prioritization and investment decisions to ensure alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and business outcomes.\n\nPartner with Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities, competitive advantages, and strategic initiatives.\n\nDrive adoption of AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve operational productivity and business performance.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure scalable architecture, technical alignment, and successful delivery of product initiatives.\n\nBuild, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.\n\nEstablish and monitor product KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes to measure portfolio success.\n\nFoster a customer-centric culture by promoting user research, market analysis, experimentation, and continuous feedback loops.\n\nDrive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.\n\nServe as the executive sponsor for key product initiatives and strategic programs.\n\nEvaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform investment decisions and product direction.\n\nEnsure product teams maintain clear documentation, prioritization frameworks, and delivery practices.\n\nPromote consistency, scalability, and reuse across product platforms and service lines.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nThis document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as required by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation.\nWork Experience & Skills\n10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise software products, platforms, or technology organizations.\n\n5+ years leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional product teams.\n\nDemonstrated success defining and executing product strategy that delivers measurable business outcomes.\n\nExperience leading product portfolios that include workflow platforms, automation solutions, AI-enabled products, enterprise applications, or SaaS technologies.\n\nProven ability to align product strategy with corporate goals, operational priorities, and financial objectives.\n\nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and prioritizing investments.\n\nExperience driving digital transformation, workflow modernization, process optimization, or operational productivity initiatives.\n\nStrong technical fluency including APIs, integrations, data platforms, cloud technologies, automation solutions, and enterprise architectures.\n\nExperience collaborating with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple business functions.\n\nDemonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing product teams.\n\nExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and modern product operating models.\n\nHealthcare technology, healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field required.\n\nMaster’s degree (MBA, MHA, MS, or related discipline) preferred.\n\nWork at Home Requirements:\n\nA quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.\n\nA secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.\n\nThe workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.\n\nLocation\nThis role is Remote - USA\n\nRevecore is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
