Just as importantly, we've built a workplace where people support one another, embrace innovation, and are trusted to do their best work.\nDescription\nWe are looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer who will take a leadership role in maintaining the health and stability of our cloud-based enterprise application built with .NET (C#, SQL Server, T-SQL, Angular) and hosted in Azure and on-prem. You will act as a technical lead in identifying, resolving, and preventing production issues, and play a key role in shaping our support operations through automation, monitoring, and process improvement.\nThis role requires a high degree of technical expertise, operational discipline, and cross-functional communication. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering excellence and a strong DevOps culture.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLead the investigation and resolution of complex and high-impact production incidents.\n\nServe as the escalation point for production support engineers and coordinate cross-team collaboration during outages.\n\nAnalyze system performance and identify areas of improvement in application reliability, scalability, and observability.\n\nDrive the development and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities for our systems.\n\nBuild automation tools to streamline incident response, environment validation, and root cause analysis.\n\nOwn post-incident reviews (PIRs), ensure timely documentation, and work with dev teams to address systemic issues.\n\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to other production support and engineering team members.\n\nCollaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to improve deployment and support processes.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations and improve incident response readiness and tooling.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in a production support\n\nDeep expertise in C# and .NET technologies; able to debug production code and logs effectively.\n\nStrong database experience including complex T-SQL queries, performance tuning, and SQL Server internals.\n\nAdvanced experience with Azure services, particularly around app hosting, monitoring, logging, and databases.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead incident response efforts and work under pressure.\n\nStrong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks and build operational tools.\n\nExcellent communication and leadership skills; able to drive conversations with engineering and business stakeholders.\n\nExperience with Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, or other observability platforms.\n\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.\n\nKnowledge of ITIL or SRE principles, and experience establishing support SLAs and metrics.\n\nExperience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.\n\nWork at Home Requirements:\nA quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.\n\nA secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.\n\nThe workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.\n\nMust reside in the United States within one of the states listed below:\nAlabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota (CST Time Zone), Tennessee, Texas (CST Time Zone), Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia\nRevecore is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
