This role focuses on developing compelling legal arguments, performing analyses, and utilizing persuasive writing skills to maximize reimbursement outcomes for Revecore’s healthcare provider clients.\nThe Role:\nAnalyze and dispute denied insurance claims for healthcare providers by drafting persuasive and effective administrative appeals\n\nDraft comprehensive appeal components addressing contractual, regulatory, and statutory issues\n\nReview contracts, provider agreements, and federal/state regulations to support denial resolution strategies\n\nCollaborate closely with analysts, clinicians, and operations specialists on complex cases\n\nConduct targeted research to enhance appeal effectiveness and support business objectives\n\nSupport systematic workflow improvements through specialized legal expertise\n\nContribute to cross-service line legal analysis and trend identification\n\nYou’ll be successful if you have:\nJuris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution\n\nBar admission preferred but not required for strong candidates\n\n0-2 years healthcare experience; revenue cycle management experience or exposure a plus\n\nSuperior analytical and critical thinking capabilities\n\nOutstanding written communication skills with focus on persuasive argumentation\n\nStrong collaborative abilities and adaptability to team-based workflows\n\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to work within established processes\n\nCommitment to healthcare privacy standards and operational protocols\n\nInterest in healthcare revenue cycle management and regulatory compliance, rather than traditional litigation\n\nIt would be great if you also have:\nExperience in contract analysis, appellate writing, or administrative law\n\nFamiliarity with healthcare reimbursement concepts\n\nWork at Home Requirements:\nA quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.\n\nA secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.\n\nThe workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.\n\nMust reside in the United States within one of the states listed below:\nAlabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota (CST Time Zone), Tennessee, Texas (CST Time Zone), Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.\nRevecore is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
