while also mentoring and growing a high-caliber engineering team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend services for our SaaS platform\nOwn technical decisions across distributed systems, cloud-native workflows, and backend infrastructure\nDrive performance, reliability, and observability initiatives across core platform components\nGuide and mentor a growing team of backend engineers through technical reviews, goal setting, and career growth\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-impact features\nMake foundational decisions around backend technologies, frameworks, and system design\nEstablish and enforce best practices in software engineering, testing, and deployment\nParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and fostering a strong engineering culture of collaboration and excellence\nStay on top of industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and help set the technical roadmap\nWhat We’re Looking For\n8+ years of backend development experience (Java, Golang, C++, or similar languages)\nProven expertise in designing and scaling distributed systems and cloud-native architectures\nTrack record of technical leadership, mentorship, and team-building\nDeep understanding of backend fundamentals -
