This role is on-site with our team in the Czech Republic.\nThe role\nWe’re looking for a hands-on content creator and marketer to join our team in Prague. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to plan and produce the company’s day-to-day content and turn what happens inside our robotics lab into content people want to watch, read and share. The Head of Marketing will set the broader marketing strategy and priorities. Within that direction, you will have room to propose ideas, lead individual content projects and make day-to-day creative decisions.\nThis is a collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between ideas and execution, and who is equally comfortable writing a strong post and script, filming in the robot lab or making sure everything gets published on time.\nYou don’t need ten years of marketing experience. We care more about your work, energy, judgment and ability to learn.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlan and maintain the content calendar together with the Head of Marketing\n\nFind strong stories by spending time with our founders, engineers and robotics team\n\nWrite social media posts, captions, carousels, scripts, company updates, and longer-form content\n\nCapture and edit content using tools such as CapCut, Edits, Canva or similar\n\nResearch trends, formats and industry conversations relevant to REVEL\n\nCoordinate with videographers, editors and designers when needed\n\nReview performance, suggest improvements and keep footage and creative assets organized for future use\n\nContribute ideas for launches, events and wider marketing projects\n\nWho we’re looking for\nFirst and foremost, you are a great human to work with: thoughtful, dependable and someone who brings good energy to the team. You notice what needs doing, take initiative and help move things forward.\n\nA strong portfolio of content you personally helped create\n\nExcellent English writing and editing skills, Czech is a plus\n\nConfident both in front of and behind the camera\n\nHands-on experience creating content or working with social media from idea through publication\n\nThe curiosity to understand technical subjects, ask useful questions and explain them clearly\n\nFamiliarity with how content works across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube\n\nBasic filming and editing skills using Edits, CapCut, Canva or similar tools\n\nStrong organization, openness to feedback and the ability to work from our Prague office\n\nInterested in trends, but thoughtful about whether they fit REVEL\n\nAble to maintain high standards without getting stuck chasing perfection\n\nYour portfolio matters more than your job title or years of experience. Personal projects, freelance work, university projects and your own channels all count.\nBonus points\nExperience with robotics, AI, engineering or another technical industry\n\nExperience with personal branding, ghostwriting or founder-led content\n\nExperience producing short- or long-form video\n\nExperience contributing to a recurring content series or growing an audience\n\nFamiliarity with professional tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Figma\n\nYou do not need to arrive knowing everything about robotics.
