This role is on-site with our engineering team in the Czech Republic.\nTHE ROLE\nYou will work alongside REVEL’s Head of Marketing and Content & Social Media Specialist, contributing to the practical work behind our content.\nYou’ll help with filming, simple edits, content preparation, and keeping our creative material organized. You’ll receive direction and regular feedback, but this is not a passive role: we want you to notice interesting moments, contribute ideas, and become more independent as your skills develop.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nCapture robot tests, engineering milestones, team moments and behind-the-scenes footage.\n\nHelp prepare and run shoots, including equipment, shot lists and practical production details.\n\nCreate simple first cuts, short-form edits, captions, crops and exports using tools such as Edits or CapCut.\n\nCreate carousels using Canva.\n\nAdapt existing content into different lengths and formats for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.\n\nGather useful context about what was filmed, including names, technical details and why the moment matters.\n\nOrganize, name and tag footage so that strong material is easy to find and reuse.\n\nHelp prepare content for publication, launches, events and other marketing activities.\n\nBring ideas and observations to the team when you spot something worth sharing or improving.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n1+ years of relevant professional experience\n\nFirst and foremost, you are a great human to work with: positive, considerate, dependable and ready to contribute. You bring good energy, take initiative and follow through on what you promise.\n\nSome experience creating video, photography, social posts or other content. Personal, university and volunteer projects all count.\n\nBasic familiarity with at least one tool such as Edits, CapCut, Canva or similar.\n\nGood written and spoken English.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the patience to keep footage, files and tasks organized.\n\nCuriosity about technology and the confidence to ask questions when something is unfamiliar.\n\nOpenness to feedback and a genuine interest in improving your craft.\n\nThe ability and willingness to work from our Prague office.\n\nBONUS POINTS, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL\nExperience filming people, products, events or behind-the-scenes content.\n\nFamiliarity with cameras, lighting or audio equipment.\n\nExperience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn.\n\nBasic photography, design or copywriting skills.\n\nAn interest in robotics, AI, engineering or startups.\n\nYou don’t need a perfect portfolio.
