With regulatory expertise and transparent, human-in-the-loop AI at its core, Reveleer supports organizations working to advance care quality, strengthen documentation integrity, and sustain the operational readiness needed to navigate audits with confidence.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with development and quality assurance teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans.\nCreate and execute automated and manual test cases for SaaS based web applications.\nIdentify and report bugs and work with development teams to resolve them.\nDevelop and maintain test automation scripts using modern JavaScript based end-to-end automation tools.\nContribute towards enhancing and maintaining the automation framework.\nDesign, develop and execute automated API tests.\nPerform performance, load, and stress testing to ensure the scalability of our applications.\nEnsure that all testing activities meet our standards for quality and consistency.\nWork with development teams to integrate automated tests into our continuous integration and deployment processes.\nStay up to date with the latest testing tools and methodologies and make recommendations for process improvements.\nStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in modern programming languages, automated testing frameworks and testing methodologies.\nOwn the test automation strategy and roadmap, determining what gets automated, when, and why.\nMentor junior automation engineers and conduct code reviews on test automation to grow team capabilities.\nLead cross-functional initiatives to improve testing velocity and reduce release cycles.\nDefine and maintain automation with the best practices and standards across the engineering team.\nPartner with product and engineering leadership to identify testing gaps and compliance risks in healthcare workflows.\nImplement intelligent test failure analysis to automatically identify root causes (flaky network calls, timing issues, data state problems) and reduce manual triage overhead.\nLeverage AI-driven test case generation from requirements and API specifications to identify edge cases and improve coverage, particularly for regulatory and compliance workflows.\nDeploy performance anomaly detection models to establish baselines and flag performance regressions across builds before they reach production.\nUtilize coverage gap identification tools to analyze untested code paths and ensure comprehensive testing, critical for healthcare compliance and data integrity.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on testing and test automation of SaaS based web applications.\nStrong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.\nExperience with modern JavaScript based end to end automation tools such as Cypress, CodeceptJS, and Playwright.\nExperience with API testing tools and frameworks like Postman, Katalon, or REST Assured.\nExperience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration and deployment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nSelf-starter and self-motivated with the proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.\nWorks effectively with cross-functional teams to build a trusted partnership.\nHealthcare experience is highly preferred.\nWHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:\nCompetitive salary\nMedical, Dental and Vision benefits\n401k with Employer Match\nGenerous PTO plan\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
